Interim Senior Pastor
Pastor Ray Hagan and his wife Leticia come to us from Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Victoria, Texas where Ray has been the interim pastor for the past two years. Prior to that he was an intentional interim pastor at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Halletsville, Texas.
Both of these churches are LCMC churches and he is certified as an LCMC pastor. He had two other intentional interim ministries in the Missouri Synod Lutheran church and before that was a senior pastor in Washington State and in California. He is a retired colonel of the US Air Force Reserves, having served 24 years as a chaplain. His intentional interim pastor training is from the National Association of Lutheran Interim Pastors (NALIP).
He will use his training and experience to help guide the transition leadership in defining our mission and vision going forward. He will also help us grapple with the transition from a long time senior pastorate to a new senior pastor.
Director of Children & Family Ministries
Kari McCrady has been on staff at Christ Lutheran church since December, 2002, first as Director of Youth Ministry and currently as Director of Children & Family Ministry. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Youth Ministry and had her first taste of full time ministry at Shepherd of the Valley in Apple Valley, MN. The Lord eventually called her and her husband to Montana to work at Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp and the position at CLC opened up soon after.
Kari and Mark have a daughter, Linnea, and a son, Gavin, who continue to teach them what’s most important in life. They love ‘doing life’ with the people of CLC and continue to enjoy God’s beautiful creation all around this valley.
Director of Youth Ministries
Kendra O’Brien has been on staff at Christ Lutheran Church since October 2018 as the Director of Youth Ministries. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelors in Communications and Marketing. She got her first opportunity to work in youth ministry while on staff at Outlaw Ranch in Custer, South Dakota summer 2017. After working as an intern for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Atlanta, Georgia the Lord placed the call for youth ministry in Montana on her heart.
Not long after that she found this position at CLC and moved up here, without hesitation, a few short months after that. Some of Kendra’s passions include missions, outreach, reading, hiking, fishing, skiing and spending time with friends and family. Kendra was born and raised in Colorado where her parents, Michael and Maria, and older sister Seymone still currently reside.
