Rich Dolven - Business Administrator

Rich Dolven has been a member of Christ Lutheran Church since 1994.  After spending 32 years in education, the last 15 as an elementary school principal, Rich joined the staff at Christ Lutheran as Business Administrator in 2006.  His responsibilities include staff supervision, facility use and management, and administration of general policies and procedures.  Rich holds a Master of Science Degree in School Administration from Montana State University Bozeman.

Born and raised in Havre, Montana, Rich has been married to Diane, a registered nurse, for 36 years.  They have two grown children, Jennifer and her husband Jeff,  and Mark and his wife Julie,  and three delightful grandsons Ben, Scotty, and Luke.  Rich considers it a privilege to work in a Christ-centered atmosphere with such quality staff members.

Deidre Dunlap - Accounting

Deidre Dunlap has worked part-time in accounting at Christ Lutheran Church since 2006. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in business from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Her business skills were developed over the years working in leasing and accounting. She is responsible for tracking payables and donations, preparing monthly statements for review by the Council. Deidre is originally from California. After being drawn to the beauty of Montana, she eventually moved to Whitefish. She has attended CLC since 2000 and has been involved in various ministries over the years. She and her husband, Kirk, have two daughters, Rachel and Jennie. She has enjoyed being able to use her business skills to serve the Lord and the people at Christ Lutheran Church.

Connie Kasper - Administrative Assistant

Connie Kasper has been a member of Christ Lutheran Church since 1993.  Connie was the volunteer Financial Secretary from 1994 through 2003.  She became a staff member of CLC in March of 2003.  Connie’s primary role here at CLC is coordinating volunteers who help with the worship services, Coffee Cup Fellowship and the nursery.  Sandy and Connie are the first two people you encounter when you stop in or call the office.  Connie takes care of church transfers, maintains church records among other functions to help the CLC office to operate smoothly. She also is one of Christ Lutheran Church’s Thrivent Congregational Coordinators.  Connie is usually available Sunday mornings to answer any questions you may have.

Connie was born and raised in Shelby, Montana.  She is married to Greg, who became a member of CLC in 1966.  They have two daughters, P.J. and her husband Scott McCracken of Texas and Kayleigh a student at Eastern Washington University in Spokane, Washington.

Sandy Hanson - Office Assistant

Sandy Hanson joined the staff as part-time office assistant in February 2008.  She answers the phone, greets visitors, mails out home-touch to shut-ins, helps with preparing the bulletin and calling worship assistants for Sunday and aids getting the newsletter out each month.  Sandy also works one day a week assisting Shepherd’s Hand Free Clinic by doing bookkeeping, phone calling, and other duties.

Sandy is a Flathead Valley native and joined CLC in 1998, serving in many roles over the years.  She is married to Neil and they have two beautiful daughters, Nicole and Andrea.  She is very thankful to be able to serve and work with the people of Christ Lutheran.
